Another stop along our 3,000 mile journey was that of the infamous Casa Bonita. It is an interesting little restaurant that includes not only the most typical mexican food you've ever had, but it also includes a live Mariachi band, cliff divers, puppet shows, an arcade, an indoor waterfall, a cave, a prompt staff (that only answers to the raised red flag on your table) and an overpriced menu.  But it has become such a tradition in our family that whenever we are in Denver we have to go. This trip was no exception, and now our children are in love with it. You can read more about it at www.casabonitadenver.com.
