My wife and I are going to be out on the town today and that will force me to be away from the office. Not that I'm complaining but the studio has become my second home. It used to be my brothers, and before that my best friend Ryan's place. Now all three of us are married and my second home is the studio.
We have a good excuse for being gone today. We are off to see the doctor and hopefully schedule an Ultrasound to find out the gender of our baby. This will make #3 and it is as exciting as the first.
With this in mind, Linell isn't able to help as much at the studio right now and that leaves me to run all the errands and unfortunately that doesn't leave someone at the studio when I'm out photographing, or running those errands we all love.
Because of this we are thinking about changing our studio hours. It would still be Monday-Friday, but the hours would be 1:00pm - 5:30pm. We feel that these hours will be better for us and everyone in the long run.
Now this doesn't mean that we won't shoot, or schedule anything for the mornings or weekends. Those times would be specifically set aside for appointments only. I never thought I would say this, but I do love appointments. It helps me to get prepared and get everything arranged just right.
I know I hate it when I go to a business and find a note saying..."OUT". And unfortunately thats the way it has been for the past few weeks. We are here to serve you, and this way we can be there when you need us to be.
So, if you see this, just drop a line to let me know what you think about the new times and if it is something you think might work. If it doesn't, we might add a day during the week where we might have to be closed to get everything done.
